Weekly yoga session at Alpkit Ambleside for all abilities

Join us at Alpkit Ambleside on Wednesdays for a weekly yoga session for all abilities.

In these sessions we will move through a dynamic flow, concentrating on calves, hamstrings, lower back, and shoulders - perfect for runners, walkers, climbers and cyclists. This will be suitable for all abilities and levels of experience. All you'll need to bring is a yoga mat and a drink.

Sessions cost £6 each, payable by cash or card on the day.
These will run each Wednesday throughout September (starting 7/09/22) from 6pm - 7pm.
There are 8 spaces available for each class.
